As we know it, summer has come and gone very quickly. We had a busy summer, hosting parties for both our young students and their families, and our adult students. This was our 2nd annual family party and our 4th adult kung fu party. It's always a fun time planning the party and then having all the students together, so that we can visit with them outside of the studio. With the parties passing - it's just another reminder that summer is over and autumn is on the way.
Now is a great opportunity to get on track - just in time with getting back to school. With children returning to school, adding Kung Fu to your weekly routine is an easy transition. We have classes the same time each day, Monday through Thursday, 4:30 - 5:30. Kung Fu is a great program to ensure that your children are getting the exercise that they need, and learning the practicalities of a martial art.
For our adults - we offer a flexible schedule and offer classes Monday through Thursday and then again on Saturday. I find that September is a constant reminder to the start of a new year - a new school year - but even though I have been out of school for many years, I still have the tendency to want to start something new. Kung Fu is perfect for this. A good work out, excellent self-defense training - both in a fun and supportive environment.
